high protein + high fiber diet (maintaince calories) and enough carbs + healthy fats = the perfect split for overall health, building muscle and losing body fat on a long term😌 (obviously my opinion tho but it comes from an experience + i've done many bulks, cuts and dif diets) 🫶🏼
