100% lies in this one. go drive through any dealership right now... not one vehicle is listed for msrp. msrp is the number at the top of the list then you look at all those "options" witch are probably standard options if you look into it and then the dealership bs then you get to the actual sale price. chances are $5-10K over msrp on every new vehicle on the lot.
