The neighbor doesn’t have to do anything and it’s also illegal to cut down trees and throw them over on your neighbors property. Once you cut them. They are yours no one else’s.😏

Throwing them back on the neighbor is not a nice thing. It’s not a good way to get along with your neighbor maybe if you spoke to him, he would allow you to cut the trees more

you're not cleaning up your neighbor's trees you're cleaning up your portion that are yours if they're on your property they're your responsibility to deal with because they become yours you see how that works

I told my neighbor that if he has 13 grand to cut them feel free. I do t have that kind of money yet. And HE planted them when he owned the home I now live in.

We deal with this with our neighbors trees too. They say that because the trees were there before they bought the house it’s not their responsibility to have them trimmed and refuse to do anything about them. Their trees are dying tho, so it’s a little different.

so they have a cemetary in thier yard? the story may be real, as a tree guy ive seen what can be. the video is pieced together tree nightmares and storm damage.
