If she has anxiety I would start training some place command and crate training slowly, as sleeping with you and having access to you all the time worsens anxiety. :)

if u just foster her u don’t get the opportunity to foster and save so many other dogs rather than just one!! So it can be a bit more rewarding to foster more but ofc equally hard and heart breaking to let go of her, so do what feels right !!!! Just giving other perspectives incase you’d find fostering more dogs more rewarding. But she is so cute so just keeping her might be even better

Lots of love and attention I find helps which I’m sure you are doing. I adopted my kelpie and he had behaviour issues when I got him along with anxiety and I found after training him and giving lots of love and affection he became a different dog
