I’m honestly beyond disappointed with @peppermayo right now. I ordered my prom and graduation party dress weeks ago. When my package got lost in transit, they promised to ship a replacement via DHL Express to make up for the delay. That was the only reason I stayed calm and waited. But instead? They reused the same invalid UPS tracking number that never worked in the first place. No DHL. No new shipment. No real update. Just copy-paste responses that don’t resolve anything. My prom is around the corner. My graduation party is right after. This was supposed to be one of the most special moments of my life, and instead, I’m here scrambling, anxious, and still without my dress—because Peppermayo couldn’t keep their word. This is not okay. Do better.
