Most likely the siva nanites have collision for some reason, and cause the super to glitch the hell out, honestly just run arc staff or gathering storm

I think there's a bug or something with taking too much damage during/right before the teleport. it happened to me a lot before they nerfed the CD. Haven't touched the super since.
