@️: To anyone reading this I may be a stranger but I know how hard life can be and I know it can feel like the world is ending but I promise you it’s not, it will get better even if it doesn’t seem like it, to everyone who is struggling know your not alone, know that there are people there for you who love and care for you, people who want you here and who need you here, if you ever think your not enough I promise you now your enough just existing, your enough just being you and your enough for so many people, your the reason someone is happy the reason someone smiles even if you don’t see it. Pain is temporary and over time it will heal so please keep doing please keep staying strong because you are far stronger then you realise. To anyone who is struggling with urges of any kind u are strong enough to break free from them, just keep trying don’t give up on yourself because a bad day doesn’t erase progress you can break free of those urges, I believe in you, you got this and to anyone who wants to give up I just want you to know I may not know what your going through but I do know how you feel and i promise you it’s not the only way, this pain will end if you keep going if you keep moving forward, because there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you are closer then you think to feeling like yourself again so please don’t rob yourself of the chance to be happy again, to feel love again and to feel like you again. hey strangers i don’t know you but i need you to hear this right now you matter even if your mind keeps telling you that you don’t even if it feels like nobody sees you or understands you you are still important simply because you exist you are a real person with a real heart that feels deeply and you have been carrying so much for so long and it makes sense that you are tired and overwhelmed and hurting you are not weak for feeling this way you are human and being human can be so heavy sometimes you don’t have to pretend you’re okay you don’t have to smile through the pain you don’t have to be strong for everyone else right now you are allowed to cry you are allowed to feel lost you are allowed to be exactly where you are and still be worthy of love and care you don’t have to fix your whole life tonight you don’t have to know what the future looks like all you have to do is be here in this moment and breathe and let yourself exist and that is enough for now there are parts of you that are beautiful even if you can’t see them the way you feel deeply the way you care the way you keep going even when everything inside you wants to give up those things mean something your presence in this world changes things in ways you don’t realize there are people whose lives are brighter because you are in them and there are people you haven’t even met yet who will be so glad you stayed there is a future version of you that is still waiting to feel okay again to laugh at something silly to feel a moment of peace to wake up one day and not hurt so much and that version of you is real even if right now all you can feel is pain this moment is not the end of your story it is just one chapter and chapters can change you don’t have to be brave forever you just have to keep going for this minute and then the next one and then the next one you don’t have to carry everything alone you deserve support you deserve understanding you deserve to feel safe inside your own heart again so please be gentle with yourself right now please stay with yourself even when it hurts you are not a burden! you matter!
