I’m surprised ppl acc don’t know abt how much ginger people are bullied. I knew a guy who was gay and ginger, he was more bullied for being ginger than he was for being gay (by homophobic boys)

One of the weirdest moments i’ve had was a guy telling I’m more of a pseduo ginger bc my brows and lasher aren’t red, I don’t have a super fiery shade and I don’t have a ton of freckles.. but those are also traits that usually redheads are mocked for having so basically all I heard was ‘you’re not really a redhead bc you don’t seem mockable’

When I was 13 a girl asked me and the ginger boy next to me in the carpets matched I was so embarrassed I lied and said I had a rare condition so I couldn’t grow any 😭 she called me out for lying in front of everyone
