Located on top of the Ink Hotel, a sleek indoor-outdoor rooftop bar and restaurant. 📍 Hudson Vu / 653 11th Ave , New York City The cocktails were delicious, shoutout to the bar tender! But the food was impressive. I definitely recommend the fried chicken pans cornbread presented in a Birdcage. It was fireeee! I also really enjoyed the corn ribs (my new fav dish).
