Tretinoin will also help with the hyper pigmentation and then vitamin c. Just be careful with vitamin c because it can be very irritating. I use the vanicream vitamin c because a lot of other ones

No more active topicals. Tret will take care of the hyperpigmentation you just need to trust the process. Just stay moisturized and use SPF!

thats not hyperpigmentation, its called post inflammatory erythema, azelaic axid and niacinamide is the key, also tinted sunscreen works better for getting rid of the scarring🫶🏻

Visit your family doctor first ,it might be hormonal. The doctor will likely prescribe Accutane, as it’s not something that can be treated with over-the-counter products. In the meantime, make sure to use a mineral sunscreen (with zinc oxide).
