Somehow I thought your trailer was bigger. Your livestream gives the impression it is. It's cool how you showed us your setup. Very nice! If I was younger I might do something like this. Good choice using Berks dogs! I grew up real close to their plant in Reading, Pa. We like their pork/chicken dogs better than the beef, though.

I like the ice pack idea. I wonder if you could get a big one to put on the bottom. Instead of bags of ice, do you have room for an ice maker in your garage?

Vevor has a small ice machine that makes 124lb’s in 24hrs that you can use either a water hose or a 5 gallon water jug. Here in FL during summer I use a lot of ice. Worth every penny. It was around $350

I’d keep with the ice packs I think it’s a great idea.. rather than the ice.. wouldn’t that melt then having to take the melted ice water out.. love ur vids and lives viewer from Australia 🇦🇺
