Been working on a bunch of stuff that I'm not quite ready to talk about yet, so in the meantime here is a monstera plant drawing for you all! ✨ Even when things are at their busiest I still try to make time to draw every week! I was thinking that I needed some more medium-sized sprites to add and more variety in the house plants that I've added, plus a monstera's leaves are a really fun challenge! How did I do? Also, sorry if you feel like I skipped a few steps at the end of this one! Rendering the leaves takes a long time and the process is kind of hard to capture on video because I change my mind a LOT. I'll upload the full timelapse in a few days so you all can see what I mean. Additionally, I have to make these videos shorter than 1 minute and 30 seconds for reels, so I have to cut a lot out and I think the initial sketching is more interesting to watch than the rendering. All that being said, I DO have a longer cut of this video that's almost 4 minutes long, do you think I should upload it to my youtube? 🌱 Stats: Time spent: around 6 hours Sprite size: 47 by 62 pixels App used: Procreate (Check out the pinned videos on my page to learn about my free pixel brushes!) 🪴 In this video, I mention my indie game! It is still a work in progress and we haven't announced the name or made it available for download yet. However, I do share updates on instagram, facebook and discord frequently! The game is planned to be launched on iOS and Android. It will be free with in-app-purchases and Ads.
