Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the whole point of project pan to use your products till it's finished normally. I feel like people are still wasting the products just to show they 'hit pan' which defeats the whole purpose.

My friends and I also have swaps every few months where we all gather and bring clothes, perfume, makeup, books etc we dont want/use anymore. It’s helped me cut my spending too!!

Another tip that I do for perfumes/body sprays: take a dryer sheet that has no smell and spray the perfume on it, put that sheet in your drawers. All your clothes will smell so good

Those hard perfumes with very high alcohol% and smell bad, I use those as stain remover (like marker stain, ink stain) or removing sticker residue.

I turn them into car air fresheners! I bought a big pack of hanging car air freshener jars for like $8 and any perfume i don't like goes in my car, so i don't need to buy air fresheners AND i'm using up stuff i wouldn't wear

I’m telling you just sell them! I cannot say this enough, but when you don’t like a product, especially if it was like an expensive perfume sell it cause then you give an opportunity to somebody who could never afford it a chance to have it. I heard Facebook doesn’t let you sell perfumes but I’ve never had a problem with carrot.
