If I’m a juror, & the CW doesn’t call the “case manager” of the investigation, that tells me they’re essentially admitting they have no case. I’m automatically finding KR not guilty!

I'm not sure if he will take the stand for either, if the CW don't call him, he may say he'll plead the 5th, so can't be put on the stand, but that may enable his previous testimony to be entered into evidence.

It would be a mistake on the defensive side if they didn’t call him! He’s so messy and the jury needs to hear it! And then need to know that he lost his job because of his investigation of this trial!

I’m no lawyer, but a friend of mine is and I brought up the fifth amendment for Proctor. My friend said he would have a hard time convincing the judge to accept that because he’s already testified in prior trials. Is this true?

i think they can come in from the side with other witnesses- like they did w/BuQuackQuack on proctor’s actions. but it will make for good tv if they haul his sorry self in to court.

they can just ask direct like spanky does. and give the answer to his question It gets objected to and then he re-ask the question to get the answer that he wants knowing he already gave it to the witness in the question before
