@holyherbal: Half way through the day I asked my sister what she thought of the scarf ( didn’t tell her the reason I was actually wearing it ) and she said “it looks cute but .. you know you don’t have to hide” Honestly it took me by surprise , she saw right through me 😭 ( love her v much ) it’s rare I have this feeling of wanting to hide away, but thats definitely how I feel atm. I’m practising loving myself as a non negotiable.
