إيش نحتاج مكونات ؟ ١/٢ كوب ورق عنب مقطع احجام صغيره ٤ م.ك معجون طماطم ١ حبه بصله كبيره ١ كوب عيش مقلي او مشوي ١ كوب مكرونه حجم صغير ٢ م.ص ثوم مفروم ٤ م.ك دبس الرمان ١/٤ كوب زيت زيتون ٣ حبات عصير ليمون ١ كوب ورقيات مشكل (بقدونس كزبره نعناع شبت) ١ م.ك فلفل اسود ملح للصوص الابيض نحتاج ١ علبه زبادي ٢ م.ك طحينيه ١ م.ك دبس الرمان رشه فلفل اسود ١ م.ص ثوم مهروس رشه ملح كيف نسوّي الوصفه؟ في طاوه على النار اضيف زيت الزيتون وبعدها اضيف البصل واقلب واضيف الثوم ومعجون الطماطم وبعدها اضيف الورق عنب واضيف الماء الحار تقريبا كوبين ماء واترك الورق عنب يستوي وبعد مايستوي اضيف المكرونه والليمون ودبس الرمان والفلفل الاسود والملح واقفل واتركها تستوي على نار هادئه تقريبا ثلث ساعه واسكبها في صحن التقديم وفوقها الصوص الابيض واخر شي الخبز المقلي What ingredients do we need? 1/2 cup grape leaves, cut into small sizes 4 Tbsp tomato paste 1 large onion 1 cup fried or grilled rice 1 cup small size pasta 2 tablespoons minced garlic 4 Tbsp pomegranate molasses 1/4 cup olive oil 3 lemon juice 1 cup mixed leaves (parsley, coriander, mint, dill) 1 Tbsp black pepper salt For the White Sauce 1 container of yogurt 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp of pomegranate molasses Sprinkle of black pepper 1 tbsp crushed garlic A sprinkle of salt How do we make the recipe? In a frying pan on the stove, add the olive oil, then add the onions, stir and add Garlic and tomato paste, then add the grape leaves and almost hot water Two cups of water and let the grape leaves cook, and after they are done, add the pasta and lemon Add pomegranate molasses, black pepper, and salt.
