I just realized how weird this was(Spoiler s ahead) but Carol is the one in the dress who is V mom.Kevin is V husband which would make Carol his mother in law. So V was infertile and they came up with a veryyyy weird solution. Kev and Carol will have intercorse and Carol would basically be there surrogate. They succeed but plot twist. Carol had the baby and didn’t want to give it up. V and kev were mad but even bigger plot twist, V end ups being pregnant with triplets I think but she lost a baby. This whole things was weird tho because Carol baby is basically V sister(I think it was a girl) and step daughter at that same time if u really think about 😭. So if V never got pregnant and Carol didn’t keep the baby to herself, V would’ve been the mom, half sister, and step mom at the same time. Kev would been the baby dad and brother in law. TBH it is just very weird
