I've let this slide too many times. This is where it has to stop. If I'm soft here, I'm raising a bully. That's the pressure. Not the fight itself. Bribe the other to let it go. Anything to make the noise and your thoughts to quiet down. But this suppresses the moment, it doesn't resolve it. One child learns her feelings get traded for peace. And both learn that when capacity collapses, the loudest voice in the room is yours. Here's the shift. You're not the teacher in there. Your job is to become the sensory architect. The one who lowers the load instead of adding to it. Manage the environment. Manage your own body. Lead with action, not words. Hold limits but allow for expression. You're not fixing them and you're not deciding who was right. Not here. You're dropping the volume on the room until they can come back online.
