James if you are having a telephone assessment and have a lot of information written down in front of you should you make the assessor aware as they might think you’ve a good memory when you don’t.

I have just completed these forms and noticed they are aimed purely at physical conditions and not for sight loss. no yes this has a physical affect but I can walk. however, as you can imagine moving around is a little complex 🫣

I claim for my mental health, due to how severe it is I was kicked out of all but 3 core subjects and art due to such low attendance, I only have 4 GCSEs because I couldn't handle being in school. So makes sense to me..
