I have sleep paralysis a lot, sometimes I can see myself leaving my room and going to the sitting room. Most times I can see a demon following me about and in the morning I feel very tired. I still experienced it yesterday 🤦🏻♀️

it happened to me days ago but before I slept, I said a simple prayer, "lord into ur hands I commit my spirit". this force came to strangle me, but immediately it touched me, a light came and smacked it, he touched me again, same light came to smacked it again and that was it.... always pray before you go to sleep

It is true I had happened to me before and actually I died but whiles my spirit was going I met my friend he is a deer and he asked where do I think I'm having. He gave me something to eat and I returned back to my body. My sister is my witness. Later I found out that I had a special calling and God wants to use me that is why I came back. Now I have taken my Christian walk very serious and I have become very close to.
