If you’re bummed because you went through all the effort of making the perfect sourdough loaf & you over proofed it… don’t worry! All is not lost! You can salvage over fermented dough by baking it in a bread pan. It to be softer with a less crunchy crust than a traditional rustic loaf of sourdough. but the flavor is still amazing and it didn’t go to waste!
