OMG YES like I have aura migraines (don’t take it as brainrot lol) but it’s basically we’re I lose half of my vision and abt 30 mins after not seeing well my head starts pounding then I throw up MULTIPLE times and this all lasts for abt 2 hours it’s TERRIBLE and people always think I’m being dramatic for leaving school bc of it but they NEVER actually know what that type of miagrane feels like

My friend thinks I get them because of my eating. I’ve had chronic migraines for 5 years. It’s driving me mad, I’ve tried everything and she thinks it’s just because I’m not drinking enough and all the basic things. It’s not easy to just fix it. I’m not choosing to live with this constant pain so I hate when people tell me that and most annoyingly my friend
