Just a quick question, I was using good organic olive oil for cooking, I done some research, the information I got was, olive oil was not good to cook with ad when it's heated to a certain temperature it becomes toxic.

i lived in italy this is not what Italian olive oil looks like at all, it's yellow and NOT green probably due to its not made with the same olives or just really bad quality olives
