I for one agree as someone who works in care there is a lot of people coming over and getting into the role just because it's not difficult to actually get into the role but also do not treat service users the best (a lot of British folk are the same) I feel like overall it needs to be more difficult to get into and not just a clean DBS. so many issues within the care work industry.
