My mom has a birth center that promotes natural birthing and we have 45 min appts 🥰 very personal. Much better than a hospital love. See if there’s one in your area!

I’m always surprised when I see these videos because my midwife spends an hour chatting with me about diet/ emotions/ movement, ect. Then yesterday I had to go to an OB office for my anatomy scan and yah I get it now

I live an hour away from my OB and I have to go every 2 weeks because I have placenta previa. Ruins my whole day that a 5 minute appointment takes hours 😭😭
