Would this work for postpartum? I’ve been using keretase genesis serum. And it used to make such a difference before I got pregnant. Now I’m 3/4 months postpartum and it’s falling out so badly.

I‘m so confused about step 1 and step 2. If I apply redken pre-wash treatment, do I oil my hair with the OGX coconut oil on wet hair after washing the redken out? Please help 😭
