Imagine something won’t let your head lift up from its starting position. Standing up on the takeaway makes it near impossible to hit the ball solid. 😅

What Justin said. You’re lifting your head throughout the swing and then dropping it. Head has to keep entirely still. If you don’t correct it, you’re just reinforcing a bad habit at the range.
