The motorcyclist was wrong for what he did deliberately, but the bicyclist was wrong for not stopping at the light. He is supposed to follow the traffic rules also.

Technically dude on bicycle was on the middle lane when motorcyclist passed on the right. With that said, cyclist past on the right and took a red light!

bicycles should have their own dedicated lane for safety or be required to signal at turns using hand gestures like we are taught lol

Cyclist should have signalled and looked over his right shoulder before turning, for his own safety. BUT the motorcyclist was wrong - ran a red light and should have remained vigilant for what cyclist would do ‘I am going faster than you’!? Like, WHAT!? You are the heavier, faster vehicle, the cyclist is more vulnerable. Do better!
