Insurance is just one big scam. You take out a policy from an insurer to protect you, when it’s time to be protected to insurer will try and do every thing possible to not pay and has the law on their side. So why bother going up against that?

@A: Does it state in their T&C’s if there is a gap in cover at any given time then they will not pay out on any future incidents ? There could be several reasons for the gap so in my opinion its an invalid argument unless they got solid proof the incident has taken place whilst no cover in place, A person could be in ICU for 6 months as an example and so fourth.

So they can just assume the incident happened prior without proof and get away with that . What’s the point of having insurance , they just don’t want to pay
