Me too girl. I finally set myself free. I make clean stuff sometimes but I also enjoy other foods, everything. I used to think that I would have no control around them, but it winds up that I only need a few bites. I’ll never go back to putting myself in obsessions & bondage again w high protein/eating clean 24/7.
