@crmnallyobsessed: Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman spoke to reporters before the resentencing hearing for the Menendez brothers on May 13, 2025.  He said now is not the time for Lyle and Erik Menendez to be resentence in his opinion, but it will be up to the judge to decide.  He's looking for some sort of remorse or apology and has not found from either brother.  He also reminded the public that the brothers admitted killing their parents in self-defense not because they were sexually abused.
