I work for a place where everyone talks about culture culture culture - but no one has defined what that is, and everyone is operating on a different idea of that culture - with no focus on sales or goals. Way more frustrating

I left an awful job a year ago next month…best decision I’ve ever made. I was stuck there for 6 years, thought it would improve, and the paycheck was good. And I honestly thought it was in my head. A year on I have multiple ex-colleagues asking me for a referral to my new company. It’s only gotten worse there, but now everyone sees it. I’m now so much happier and feel valued where I am. It’s amazing how changing a job can completely change your life!
