Here in Canada we can barley afford to take showers and do dishes let alone watering our gardens. We have hardly any rain this summer and all our grasses are yellow

idk, i dont think the rain causes problems when it covers the whole plant, so i dont think me watering is doing anything either.... and black spot isnt bacteria, its fungus.

hmm! I water roots only early morning or late evening yet still suffer black spot . I even spray with a rose supplement which is supposed to prevent black spot and other diseases. my roses have been around over 30 years . they bloom amazingly but I have to remove leaves when they affected . what's my solution
