@fitness_joh: A super common mistake I see that makes lunges feel that much harder is = INCORRECT FOOT POSITIONING Because lunge are an unilateral exercise where we’re working one side at a time, it’s normal to feel one side easier than the other. However, what I often notice is that so many of you guys are placing that back leg right behind the working leg (= tight rope ❌❌), making it hard to stabilize yourself.
