Freeze it, girl! I take a day or two each month, and I make things like bread, chili, soups, Sheppards pie, etc so the kids have dinners to thaw if I don't feel like cooking. It's awesome.

I only eat sourdough with simple ingredients now and although it does mold super fast in a couple days, I learned keeping it in the freezer extends its life by 2-3 weeks and I just throw it in the toaster, still tastes the same imo
