I didn’t really like either of them. Serena was bad but Blair was WORSE. Blair was jealous of anything someone had she didn’t. Remember the whole fashion thing in s1? Blair was horrible to Serena thinking she wanted it for herself when Serena didn’t know Blair’s mom only wanted her but Blair didn’t care she still shouted at Serena. Nella Yuki? Tried to sabotage her because she wanted Yale. Chuck and Jenny around s5 I don’t exactly remember. Blair “banished” Jenny because she was JEALOUS. And that poor Eva girl. Was nasty to her because she was JEALOUS.
