Do not wash your rice and pour that goodness down the sink. That water is amazing for your plants. They love rice water.

My life changed once I learnt I could just stick the vege in with the rice!! We eat a lot of frozen vege so having to cook it separately was annoying. Now it all cooks in stock and we like it with some butter and abc sauce to finish 😁

A lot of people including myself thought putting veggies and meat to cook with the rice wasn’t going to cook everything it may burn or some ingredients may turn out raw. NOW! I put everything in the cooker and easy peasy one pot meal!
