That’s hyperpigmentation. Not dead skin. It’s melanin within the skin and an off the shelf peel doesn’t get rid of it after one time. ‼️MISINFORMATION‼️

That could be acanthosis nigricans which could be sign of insulin resistance, diabetes or another underlying condition. I had that and found out I’m insulin resistant, got on meds and it’s gone

You can’t scrub away acantosis nigricans, the skin actually is folded making it look dark so this isn’t insulin resistance.
