I feel like all the above mentioned are things done by lower level manipulators. high level manipulators don't really gaslight you, they are empathetic and that's exactly how they manipulate you.

I feel like I THINK, you’re to sensitive but I apologize if something I did or say hurt someone. And I usually am just joking and it’s not strategic. I also think that I am always defending myself… I might not always remember what I said, but I just KNOW things I’ve been accused of, I’d never say! Period! Defending myself doesn’t make me guilty or manipulative. If someone accuses me of saying something, I know I didn’t say makes me confused and makes me second-guess myself. I won’t say why are you making us a big deal and down play someone’s feelings but when you’re fighting with someone about the same thing over and over again, it gets super annoying. I’ve dealt with imaginary leashes. This video is flawed in my opinion!
