I took my first Orangetheory class in 2019 and went from struggling to make it though the class to 3 miles consistently on the tread and crushing everything else if I hadn’t gotten over the fear I can’t imagine what my life would be like

I’ve heard worst but don’t understand why she got fired. Maybe I didn’t see the whole video. It was mean what I saw, but as a big girl I was happy with her studio canceling her membership. Seems like she was held accountable while others do worst and don’t get all this.

it's people like her that discourage the heavy set people from trying. it also doesn't help that the hours don't work with my actual job.. I would like to try it but none of the studios around me have hours that work with my job and their equipment cannot handle my weight they claim
