Mine looks exactly like the one in the video. It is possible that the vendor may not be consistent. I had my stylist to recently pluck my wig and she was impressed at the quality and texture. It arrived clean and felt incredibly soft. Although I washed mine, I can confidently say it's a decent quality wig. I suppose I’m one of the lucky ones.
