It’s completely fair. Japan is flooded with tourists. More foreigners travel across Japan than actual Japanese natives.

it’s the fact that these tourist ONLY visit Shibuya and Tokyo. There are so many other provinces and activists else where in Japan

unnecessary and unfair. the country the has done the most to manipulate their own currency to support exports - it's just completely unreasonable to charge tourists more on those same numbers. just approach it holistically and honestly.
