I work at these casinos, in Nevada if you are flagged as a card counter they can 100% demand an id for you to be cashed out. You’re free to take the chips with you but that’s it without id.

I work at a casino and each casino has their own policy. it’s up to the bankers if they want to request ID - if you look under the age of 30 they can ask for ID. And yes police do work WITH the casino. In my county we specifically have police from that county that mainly focus on casino- they sit outside the casino and the exits.

Was the cash out your first transaction for the gaming day/date? If you did multiple cash outs during that gaming date that exceeded $10,000 then that’s probably why you needed to provide ID. Just a thought
