Strawberry legs are pores/hair follicles that are clogged with dirt, dead skin cells, oil, or bacteria, which then oxidize and darken when exposed to air. Or it could be keratosis pilaris. You have to exfoliate consistently to remove/improve both. Just fyi, as seeing lots of diff things in the comments.
