@jacobandco: To create something extraordinary, we partnered with a developer who shares our ambition. Ohana Development—one of the Middle East’s most respected real estate creators—brings over 35 years of experience, a portfolio 9,000+ residential units, and a deep belief in personalized luxury. Together, we’ve envisioned one of Jacob & Co.’s most significant real estate undertaking yet: a $1.3 billion (AED 4.7B) collection of 457 beachfront residences located in Al Jurf, between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Guided by craftsmanship and rooted in nature, this new coastal way of living will be delivered in Q2 2028. #jacobandco #Inspiredbytheimpossible
