there should be an allowance for driving on these bad roads. say, 1m-2m in the CBD and maybe 500k-1m in the suburbs .... our cars are damaged by the roads

In TZ you pay cash instally if not,your car is grounded at police until you clear the fine hence drivers in Tz are extra careful and fewer traffic crimes

I have a big inquiry why would you put speed limit at 30km/hr these people who implemented these should try and sit in a car driving at that speed at let us know 😏😏 I think some speeds should be realistic
