I’ve lived in Toronto my whole life and the only people who ever say “North Toronto” are in real estate.

Beaches has such a unique vibe. It feels like a small town in a big city.

The beaches is only inaccessible because of the decimated transit system. 10 years ago there were so many transit options.

Beaches is far less accessible than Roncy. Roncy is like 20-25mins on the streetcar and you’re at Bathurst/Spadina. I lived there for 15 years and it never felt detached in the way the beaches feels.

Depends what stage of life you are at. North Toronto has huge parks, amazing public schools, active sports leagues, community centres and hiking trails. 15 minutes downtown and the same to 401 pretty pretty good 🇨🇦

Grew up in North Toronto, have lived in Trinity Bellwoods, Leslieville and Riverdale but still came back to Lawrence park as soon as I could afford it. It’s an amazing place to live as a family

I lived in North Toronto for 65 years. My mother grew up in North Toronto. I went to North Toronto collegiate Institute. I think they call it Yonge and Eglington now.
