Powerless is romance in fantasy world, while Red Queen is a fantasy with a subplot of romance. In RQ love triangle is better done. Still love both books

sure ofc, say all the GOOD things about the Red Queen series and than compare it to all the BAD things in powerless. besides, I think it wasn't rushed at all it was just perfect because if it was slower I would've gone crazy and impatient.

I didn’t care much for red queen personally and didn’t really get into it because I need fast moving books and that just wasn’t it for me. I personally like powerless betters it’s just the writing style and the fantasy that I like better.

Finally someone said it! I read the Red queen series before powerless and honestly I Loved the plot and the world building.It was fast pased and every page contained excitment for me,but I didn't like Mare and Cal. I hated Mare's indecisiveness and Cal was kinda meh to me. On the other hand I had the exact opposite with powerless. I loove Paedyn and I like kai, but the plot is definitely not well written. Overall It's definitely not bad, I actually enjoyed it. Still Powerless is for readers that enjoy typical romantacy and do not really care about Fantasy itself and Red Queen is for readers that enjoy reading ab world building and like heavy life-themes
