take a shot everytime I say marmite 😌 I am on a quest to put marmite into everything, today we had a break through! If you’ve ever had miso banana bread, this is kind of a similar vibe and just adds a deeper level of flavour 🤌🏼 I can never go back to plain banana bread 115g butter softened 200g brown sugar 3 bananas 60g yoghurt 2 medium eggs 230g flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 100g chopped milk chocolate 50g marmite 1. Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy 2. Add in the bananas, yoghurt, egg and whisk well 3. Sieve the dry ingredients and add into the mix 4. Fold in carefully until just incorporated 5. Add in the chopped chocolate and lightly mix again 6. Ripple the marmite into the batter making sure to not mix it in too much 7. Place in a baking tin and bake on 170c for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean #marmiterecipe #bananabreadrecipe #bananabread #breakfastrecipes #baketok
