Hi lived in Florida my whole life, i moved to NC in 09, n rented a 3/2 double wide, wood floors, beautiful kitchen fireplace jacuzzi in matter bathroom oh u can se the mountains as your bathing lol, on my aunts 7 acres, for free! Got on my feet, unfortunately 09 had to move back to Florida 🤦🏽♀️.

I think the expensive part is tying to pay that while paying rent or a mortgage. Rent here is about $800/mo. Nobody makes good $ here. Rv’s are about $55k. How do you do both?
